From the 8th of June, following Covid-19 safety precautions our offices will re-open however, to protect our Staff and Clients, attendance at our office will be by appointment only with our front door kept locked during the pandemic. We would ask that when you attend our office for a pre-booked appointment that you wear a facemask or face covering and please bring your own pen.
Please press the doorbell to be admitted to the office on arrival and when entering the office, you will be required to use the hand gel provided and immediately put on a pair of disposable gloves which will be provided. From there you will be asked to use the lift to go to our Meeting Room on the 4th floor where you will meet with the Solicitor. The Solicitor will show you the same courtesy by wearing a facemask for the meeting. You are asked to keep the disposable gloves and face covering in place until you leave the building to be disposed of by you subsequently.
Our hope is to keep all meetings to a minimum of 15 minutes with no more than 4 persons at any time in the Meeting Room to ensure appropriate social distancing. Phone and video conferencing appointments can be arranged for longer appointments without difficulty.
