Thomas M. Norris BCL qualified as a Solicitor in 2002, and lives in County Waterford with his wife and two children. Margaret Fortune BCL qualified as a Solicitor in 1998, and lives in County Waterford with her husband and two children. Margaret Fortune specialises in Medical Negligence, Personal Injury (to include dealing with all aspects of the P.I.A.B) , Family Law, Debt Collection and all court matters and has built up a considerable reputation in Waterford in her areas of expertise.

Ian joined the Firm in 2016 having previously been with a large commercial law firm in Dublin and subsequently acting as a Senior In House Counsel with one of Ireland’s largest Banks. This experience has given Ian a unique insight and understanding of Banking industry and practice.

Ian specialises in Banking, Insolvency, Commercial Law, Commercial and Residential property matters.

Thomas Carroll LL.B.(Hons), LL.M. qualified as a Solicitor in 2017. From County Kilkenny, Thomas specialises in the areas of Probate and Wills, Conveyancing, Litigation and Employment Law. Thomas also has specialist knowledge in the area of Licensing Law and Commercial Matters and has been involved in a number of high-profile High Court cases.

Elaine joined the firm in 2002 as a Legal Secretary and has since qualified as a Legal Executive. She completed a Diploma in Legal Studies and Practice with Griffith College Dublin and lives in Waterford City. Elaine specialises in the area of Conveyancing and is a member of the Irish Institute of Legal Executives – iiLEX.
